SmugglingThe Eladio Cartel is a cartel created by Eladio Vuente, Juan Bolsa and Hector Salamanca. Eladio Vuente is the Boss, whilst Bolsa and Hector share a second place, but sometimes Bolsa is regarded as second in command whilst Hector is regarded as third in command.
The Eladio Cartel was created after Eladio, Bolsa and Hector left the Maldeira Cartel. More and more members of the Maldeira cartel started going to the Eladio Cartel instead. First Armando Cesar and Enrique Alvarez, followed by Octavio Guzman. Later, Maldeira allied with the Changrettas, which caused Pascual Renaldo, Efrain Artuno and Oscar Cisco to go to Eladio instead as well. After this, the Eladio Cartel business went smoothly, with little to no major competition. Maldeira's cartel was fully disbanded and Maldeira went to the Mafia instead. Eventually, the Espinosa Gang was created. It started trading with the Eladio Cartel, which Eladio himself approved of. Juan Bolsa also approved of the Espinosa Gang. However, eventually the Espinosa Gang "Attacked" Ignacio Varga and Arturo Colon. However, this was staged by Ignacio and Arturo. Both of them staged it with a few bullet wounds. This made Eladio furious, who then declared war on the Espinosa Gang.
In the meantime, Enrique Alvarez started competing with the Salamancas. Due to the whole situation, Enrique Alvarez used the Espinosa Gang to his advantage. However, Marco Salamanca and Leonel Salamanca shot a few Espinosa Gang members as well as some random meth cooks belonging to Enrique Alvarez. Eladio requested Juan Bolsa to handle the situation and to stop the extreme rivalry, as this was not his goal. Eladio's goal was to have a healthy amount of competition between each group so they would give Eladio more money. However, it was too late. Juan bolsa was shot in his personal hacienda by Schutzstaffel agents. At the same time, the Salamancas attacked Eladio's Hacienda. They shot and injured both Eladio and Alvarez. The Eladio cartel was then disbanded and the Salamanca cartel was established instead of it.
Eladio and Alvarez both went to the hospital, where their wounds were taken care of. Alvarez then put Eladio under his protection. Eladio continued to stay in quarantine in the Casa Rugs Store. However, after a while, the Salamancas and some Salamanca agents set fire to the Casa Rugs Store, injuring Eladio and killing a few other workers. Eladio fled to his old hacienda, the headquarters of the Eladio Cartel. He brought some of Alvarez's agents, Enrique Alvarez himself and some gunmen belonging to La Hermandad del Desierto. This was Eladio's desperate attempt to save his destroyed cartel. However, he was then ambushed by Salamancas and Salamanca agents at his hacienda. Swiftly and abrubtly, many of the guards at the hacienda as well as the people Eladio brought were killed. Eladio fled inside the building. A few last remaining guards protected Eladio. However, the Salamancas killed them without much of a problem. Eladio was brought outside to the pool, where Hector Salamanca was standing. Hector then shot Eladio. Eladio then fell dead into the pool, marking the official end of the Eladio Cartel.
