Meztli is a Mesoamerican city. It was created in the Second Phase.

It's under the influence of the Fourth Aztec Empire. The city Meztli is either Aztec or Mayan. Meztli is the furthest away from the fourth Aztec Empire than any fourth Aztec Empire city. It is also situated on top of a mountain. Due to its terrain and distance it has very little self sustaining food supplies and little to no trade routes. This leaves Meztli as one of the most isolated cities in the Second Phase
