Pacho Herrera, also known as Francisco Hélmer Herrera Buitrago, is one of the highest dons of the Cali Cartel and previously served as a lieutenant for the Maldeira Cartel in Cali, Colombia. He co-founded the Cali Cartel alongside Gilberto Orejuela, Miguel Orejuela and Chepe Santacruz. Pacho was in charge of the sicario's and security whilst also managing the drug distribution.
