Falsely arresting senior party members without reasonCarlos Guerra is a high ranking Germanic official. Guerra wields the rank of Obergruppenführer. He is one of the few Schutzstaffel leaders who has a group of SS soldiers at his disposal. Carlos Guerra is tasked with finding and prosecuting any traitor to Germania. Additionally, Carlos Guerra has close ties with the Salamancas. Similar to Lorenzo Sagrada, Carlos Guerra keeps the Salamanca business safe ensuring his superiors that the Salamancas have been investigated and that they are loyal, in return for money and protection.
Childhood
Carlos Guerra had a rough childhood. His father was a member of a cartel. Carlos Guerra and his family were rich due to his father's cartel affiliation. However, his father would get severely in an assassination attempt on the cartel's leader at the time. Carlos Guerra lived with his mother until they moved to the German Reich. Adolf Hitler commenced the invasion into the Benelux when Guerra arrived in the Netherlands.
Adulthood
Immediately after arriving, right wing Dutch nationalists apprehended Carlos Guerra and his mother. His mother was shot. Carlos Guerra escaped the area and then also escaped the Netherlands and attempted to join the Schutzstaffel in Germany. The high ranking general at the time, Leonardo Sagrada, was approached by Guerra. Leonardo Sagrada was impressed by Guerra and vouched for his entry into the Schutzstaffel. Guerra was accepted as a member of the Schutzstaffel after denazification and Germanification commenced. He started as a Sturmmann. He was swiftly promoted to Rottenführer and eventually to Unterscharführer. He then was appointed by Leonardo Sagrada as his secretary, becoming a Hauptsturmführer. Guerra received a few SS-Soldiers under his command. After he apprehended a high ranking Germanic official who was planning to assassinate Adolf Hitler, Führer at the time, Guerra was promoted to Standartenführer. After serving Leonardo Sagrada for long enough, Leonardo Sagrada ordered Guerra's promotion. Carlos Guerra now holds the rank of Brigadeführer. Eventually, Carlos Guerra managed to apprehend an entire gang active in Washington. This lead to the promotion of Carlos Guerra to a Obergruppenführer.
Personality
Not much is known about Carlos Guerra's personality. He appears to be respectable and respectful. He also tends to stay more quiet around others to listen instead of talking.
