Heinz Hobar is a member of Heusmann’s Conspiracy. He is considered the mastermind behind the conspiracy by other conspiracy members. He is known for wearing a white uniform, which is uncommon in Germania. Ironically, Hobar was assigned by Karl Müller to locate and arrest any conspirators or traitors throughout Germania, to earn the trust of other Germanic officials. Together with Karl Müller and Lutz Werner, he is the only member of Heusmann’s Conspiracy to not face any consequences. Hobar had 2 officers reporting directly to him, Lutz Werner and Aldo Schenk.
