Miguel Orejuela, or by his full name, Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Orejuela, is the second don of the Cali Cartel. He co-founded the Cali Cartel alongside his older brother Gilberto Orejuela and two other businessmen, being Chepe Santacruz and Pacho Herrera. He formerly served as a chief accountant for the Maldeira Cartel in Cali, Colombia. Miguel Orejuela was the operations chief for the Cali Cartel. He also managed finances.
