Victor Salamanca is a member of the Salamanca Family. He is also active in Germania as Obergruppenführer and eventually even Oberstgruppenführer. He attempts to assassinate John Smith and Enric Pryde in a shootout, together with his family member, Pedro Salamanca. However, eventually in that shootout, though managing to kill Pryde, he gets killed by Smith.
History
Victor Salamanca grew up with many other Salamancas being prepared for cartel business. Like many others, he was selected to operate in Germania. He quickly rose up the ranks similar to Francisco Salamanca. He works together with Francisco and Pedro profusely. He was eventually tasked with killing John Smith and Enric Pryde. Victor and Pedro decided to take a car and cause a shootout between Victor & Pedro and Smith & Pryde. Victor and Pedro stopped their car and started shooting at the car of Smith & Pryde. This caused their driver to be killed instantly. Victor and Pedro got out of the car quickly and opened the car doors and used those as shields. They started firing whilst Smith and Pryde started doing the same. Pedro got hit and fell to the ground. Pryde wanted to kill him so he ran up to Pedro and shot him. At this moment, Victor shot Pryde, killing Pryde too. Smith then ran up to Victor in that time and started fighting Victor physically. Eventually, Smith got the upper hand and grabbed his pistol and shot Victor multiple times, killing Victor too. Francisco Salamanca would try avenging him and Pedro, but failed to do so. Emmanuel Salamanca tried to avenge Francisco, Victor and Pedro as well. However, he failed as well. Gustavo Salamanca would be the one to defeat Smith and avenge the Salamancas.
Personality
Victor Salamanca is stern and serious, whilst also being intelligent. He likes luxury but isn't dependent on it. Furthermore, he somewhat controls Pedro but is controlled by Francisco. He appreciates the fact he has a mentor and is somewhat of a mentor.
Appearance
Victor Salamanca has the standard Hispanic skin colour, whilst a black cap and a black outfit. Additionally, he has white gloves.
