Not much is known about the history of Sergio Vagancia.
Personality
Sergio Vagancia is somewhat arrogant and eager to be the most mighty Espinosa member, but he has no hard feelings towards any Espinosa gang member. In fact, he treats his fellow gang members with a lot of respect. Other than this, he tends to enjoy luxury and firmly believes in blood for blood, whether it be a dead Espinosa or one of the gang members, he'll avenge them.
