Hamas

Hamas is an Middle Eastern military group situated close to the Kingdom of Jerusalem, Palestine, and Iraq, aswell as a few other nations.

History

Creation

Hamas is a group created in the Third Phase. It was created to fight off the growing Kingdom of Jerusalem. It was created to support Palestine, however, Palestinians were not fond of the militaristic approaches of Hamas. Hamas therefore took control of Palestine in a forced way, but released them a bit later. The Palestinians wanted nothing to do with Hamas. Hamas accepted this and created one goal, destroying the Kingdom of Jerusalem. A war would follow, but Hamas did not succeed in defeating the Kingdom of Jerusalem. The war continues to this day, however, the war has active and inactive moments.

Wars

Persia

Eventually, Persia would get into a civilwar. This lead to the Shah being deposed. Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini would take the Shahs place. The role of Hamas was small in this civilwar. However, Hamas did contribute a few soldiers to Khomeinis movement, showing their support for Khomeini.

Following Khomeinis victory, Persia would follow a more militaristic approach and now opposed nations such as Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Jerusalem. Not much later, Persia would start a war against Iraq, starting the Battle of Iraq. Iraq was led by Saddam Hussein, someone who deemed Persia as an enemy. The Iraqi city Basra would be attacked. This led to high casualties on both sides of the contestants. Egypt and other nations would aid Iraq, whilst Aztecs, Mayas, Hezbollah and Hamas would support Persia. Ultimately, the battle ended in a stalemate. However, the Persians lost nothing but soldiers. Iraq lost soldiers, civilians and a city. The damages were too expensive, this lead to Basra not being rebuilt. Another reason for not rebuilding Basra was that there weren't enough people to inhabit that city aswell. This led to the city remaining in ruins.

Kingdom of Jerusalem

Around the same time, Hamas attacked the Kingdom of Jerusalem. This led to the retaliation of Jerusalem. A few Hamas-controlled Palestinian villages would be conquered by the Kingdom of Jerusalem. This led to another battle. The main contestants were the Aztecs, Persians, Hezbollah, Hamas and the Kingdom of Jerusalem. After a while, the Aztecs withdrew, by order of Montezuma II. After a long battle, the Kingdom of Jerusalem had to withdraw. This led to the forces of Hamas being able to reinvade their earlier lost villages.

Now every now and then Hamas sends raiders to banks and farms in Jerusalem. This leads to some profit, but often, these raiders are arrested. They then face life in prison or death sentences in the Court of Jerusalem, one of the first and largest courts in the world.

Continuation

After this, Iran understood going to war with countries would destabilise their position. Iran therefore started proxy wars. They aided Houthi Rebels fight against Yemen. Also helping the Egyptain Nationalists break free from Egyptain rule. Furthermore Iran would aid Hezbollah against Lebanon and finally also helping Hamas against the Kingdom of Jerusalem. This would lead to high numbers of Jeruzalemi losses. However, these proxy wars would not come to an end. To this day, Hamas still fights the Kingdom of Jerusalem.
