Nemesio Oseguera is the highest ranking don of the Jalisco Cartel as well as a former don of the Milenio Cartel and a former capo the Maldeira Cartel.

History

Nemesio Oseguera was born into poverty in Mexico. He grew avocados and illegally immigrated to the Germanic part of America. However, he was arrested numerous times which caused his deportation back to Mexico. Eventually he started working for the Maldeira Cartel and climbing his way up the ranks. Nemesio Oseguera was tasked with overseeing the drug operations in the area that would later belong to the Milenio Cartel. He employed an aggressive military doctrine. Doing so, he diminished smaller gangs in the area.

Eventually the Maldeira Cartel started collapsing, due to the leader Giovanni Maldeira aligning himself with the Black Hand, an Italian Mafia Group. In the cartel, widespread abhorrence formed for Maldeira and the Black Hand. Various cartels broke off from the Maldeira Cartel. The Milenio Cartel also broke off, being led by a few leaders including Nemesio Oseguera.
