Carlos Guerra is tasked with finding and prosecuting any traitor to Germania. Additionally, Carlos Guerra has close ties with the Salamancas. Similar to Lorenzo Sagrada, Carlos Guerra keeps the Salamanca business safe ensuring his superiors that the Salamancas have been investigated and that they are loyal, in return for money and protection.
Childhood
Carlos Guerra had a rough childhood. His father was a member of a cartel. Carlos Guerra and his family were rich due to his father's cartel affiliation. However, his father would get severely wounded in an assassination attempt on the cartel's leader at the time. Carlos Guerra lived with his mother until they moved to the German Reich. Adolf Hitler commenced the invasion into the Benelux when Guerra arrived in the Netherlands.
