Xilocapan is a Mesoamerican Aztec city. It serves the purpose of being a populous city. Together with the city Chalchuapa, it serves as a capital of that mesa area. This is one of the few instances where 2 cities are both a capital city of a Aztec area. Due to Xilocapan having a large population and little migration, there is a 90% unemployment rate. This is one of the highest in all of Minecraftia. Due to this problem, the Aztecs try to move Xilocapanian people to other cities for work, aswell as to ensure more work in Xilocapan.
