Xilocapan is a Mesoamerican Aztec city. It serves the purpose of being a populous city. Together with the city Chalchuapa, it serves as a capital of that mesa area. This is one of the few instances where 2 cities are both a capital city of a Aztec area. Due to Xilocapan having a large population and little migration, there is a 90% unemployment rate.
