Reichswächter is a title specifically designed to one person, like Reichsführer, Reichsmarschall and Führer. It is a title designated to protecting Germania. Therefore, the Reichswächter has full control of the police force, and often does investigations on members of the Germanic National Party. The Reichswächter is one of the highest ranks in Germania, only reporting to the Reichsführer and Führer.

The first person to hold this rank is Ernst Hösser, who controlled the police force and directly reported to the Führers Adolf Hitler and Hermann Göring.
