Brian Moser is a serial killer who is also known as 'The Ice Truck Killer'. He is considered one of the most dangerous serial killers in America.

Brian Moser's childhood bond with his younger brother, Dexter, was shattered by a traumatic event, leading to years of separation and Brian's institutionalization. He was diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder. History

Early Days

"Biney" or "Bynie" is the nickname given to Brian by Dexter in their shared childhood. This is a time when Brian Moser was known for his sweetness, his playful spirit and his deep affection for his younger brother. Those early years were filled with laughter and innocent games, Brian always at Dexter's side, their mother, Laura, often nearby. This close bond, to him, this unwavering connection, persisted as they grew until it was shattered by a single, horrific event. The brutal dismemberment of their mother by a cartel, witnessed by both boys. They were left for dead in a sea of blood, trapped within a shipping container. Two days passed before the police found them, both children traumatized and covered in a 2 inch thick pool of their mothers blood. Brian's desperate pleas to stay with Dexter were no use. Dexter was taken into foster care and eventually adopted, while Brian was sent to a mental hospital located in Tampa. This separation was the breaking point. The once outgoing and loving child was irrevocably changed. Brian's world had shrunk, his focus narrowed to a single, burning desire: to reunite with Dexter, no matter the cost.

Shortly after his arrival at the mental hospital in Tampa, Brian was diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder. When his thoughts aren't consumed by Dexter, they drift back to his time in Tampa. Although years have passed since his release at the mental hospital, the experience remains a defining chapter in his life, shaping the man he has become today.

After his walks, Brian heads to work. As soon as he steps into the building he is no longer Brian, nor Moser, but Dr. Rudy Cooper, a "charming" prosthetist with eleven years of experience in the medical field. Rudy Cooper isn't the name he initially chose, in fact it was stolen, but it's the identity he must maintain if he wants to get close to Dexter. Today, Dr. Cooper's workday takes an unexpected turn. A new patient arrives, requiring prosthetics for both an arm and a leg after a terrible incident occurred. While taking measurements, he encounters a woman named Debra Morgan, a homicide detective. She's there to interrogate the patient, Tony Tucci, but her questioning yields little progress. As Debra prepares to leave, frustrated she has gotten no where in her investigation, Dr. Cooper sees this as an one time opportunity and asks her out so they can get to know each other. She gladly accepts and tells Rudy she'll be ready by 8.

That evening, Debra and Rudy spend a delightful time at a carnival. They share snacks, ride the Ferris wheel, and enjoy each other's company. The date is a resounding success, culminating in Debra inviting Rudy to meet her brother. Rudy, of course, readily agrees. The following day, they proceed on a double date with Dexter Morgan and his girlfriend, Rita Bennett.

The double date is a carefully orchestrated performance for Brian. He observes Dexter closely, studying his mannerisms, his expressions, searching for any flicker of recognition, any hint of their shared past. He plays the role of the affable, slightly awkward suitor to Debra, all the while his mind is racing, calculating and strategizing. He sees the bond between Dexter and Debra, a connection he both envies and admires. He understands that Debra is Dexter's weakness, so he will have to be careful planning out her murder.

As days turn into weeks, Brian continues to cultivate his relationship with Debra, becoming a fixture in her life. He genuinely enjoys her company, the easy laughter, the shared moments of quiet intimacy. Sometimes, he forgets why he's there. But all it takes is for him to picture Dexter, the easy familiarity they share, the unspoken understanding, and as quickly as it disappeared, the coldness returns, the burning need to reclaim some sort of bond with his brother. He knows he must eliminate Debra, the final obstacle between him and Dexter, before they can finally be reunited. A single thought like this is what encourages Brian to start on the next phase of his plan.

One seemingly perfect evening, Brian suggests a boat trip. Debra, a mix of nervous excitement and anticipation bubbling within her, agrees. The night air is warm and still, the gentle rocking of the boat creates a soothing rhythm against the water's surface. A deceptive peace settles over Debra, lulled by the tranquility of the setting. Brian steers the boat into a secluded cove, the silence broken only by the soft lapping of waves against the hull. He cuts the engine. Debra smiles at him, a genuine, loving smile, expecting a proposal. Brian returns the smile, a hollow imitation of warmth, before getting down on one knee and opening a tiny box with a ring inside of it. He asks Debra to marry him, a calculated move designed to lure her deeper into his trap, further from the possibility of discovery. Debra, overjoyed, accepts, not knowing that this ring belongs to a dead woman that Brian murdered. Brian then offers her a glass of wine to celebrate, subtly guiding her below deck into the yacht's cabin. As she finishes her glass, she notices Rudy hasn't touched his. A chilling realization dawns on her. He asks her how she couldn't have seen it, how she didn't realize he was the Ice Truck Killer. The mask of Rudy Cooper falls away, revealing the cold, calculating Brian Moser beneath. Debra understands the danger she's in, but it's too late. Brian's hand wraps around her neck, a vice-like grip tightening, cutting off her air. He watches Debra struggle, her eyes wide with terror, until she loses consciousness. He then suspends her upside down and slices her throat, draining her of blood. He knows Dexter will be devastated, but Brian is confident that Dexter will understand. He dismembers her body, carefully packaging the blood-drained limbs separately. He then returns to shore, the darkness concealing his identity. Finally, Moser leaves the packages in a location Dexter frequently visits, its another macabre message waiting to be discovered.

The next day, Brian visits Dexter. He listens patiently as Dexter speaks of Debra's disappearance, his voice laced with confusion and faked grief. Brian allows the charade to continue for a while, the tension building with each passing moment. Then, he speaks, his voice low and steady. He tells Dexter everything, confessing to Debra's murder, explaining his motivations and his twisted logic. He lays bare his plan to reunite with his brother, to finally be together, free from the constraints of their past. He expects anger, rage, and rejection. But what he receives is something far more disturbing. Dexter is silent for a moment, his face unreadable. Then, a slow smile spreads across his lips. Not only does he understand, he approves of Brian Mosers plan. Both brothers, finally reunited, share an embrace. Debra's death was merely a sacrifice in their twisted reunion, which has forged an unbreakable bond.

Post-Plan

Brian Moser starts working for a small gang affiliated with drugs, led by Santo Rojo. It's co-leader, Raul Garcia personally oversees drug operations with Brian and another agent, Ramiro Aguilar. Brian Moser started killing less people for pleasure. Instead, he started killing people for the gang.

Eventually, Raul Garcia started overstepping his boundaries leading Santo Rojo being enraged with Raul Garcia's actions and eventually a large fight erupts between the two. Brian and Ramiro, who are on Raul's team, realise they are on the losing side. They steal Raul's money, expecting Raul to get assassinated soon by Santo Rojo's hitmen. However, Raul instead kills Santo Rojo and his men. Raul seizes control of the gang and sends hitmen after Brian and Ramiro because of their betrayal. Ramiro is rapidly killed. However, Brian flees quickly enough.

Raul is furious due to Brian's escape and digs into the history of Brian Moser and finds out about Dexter Morgan, his biological younger brother. Raul tracks Dexter down, but he isn't home. Raul breaks into his house and kills a friend of Dexter. Raul then flees the scene towards his well-guarded yacht. Dexter returns to his house a few hours later and is enraged because of his friend's death.

Brian visits Dexter, teaming up against Raul. They visit Raul's yacht in the midst of the night. Dexter used his boat to secretly get close to Raul's yacht. Brian goes to the dock with a car and sneaks towards the yacht as well. Brian uses a pistol and fires at multiple gunmen, killing them. Raul hears the shots and is alerted, whilst Dexter sneakily gets on the yacht. Dexter and Brian both have 1 bomb. Raul tries to escape Brian's killing spree but finds Dexter trying to plant a bomb. He shoots Dexter and goes up to him to taunt him, putting his pistol in Dexter's gunshot wound. However, one of the gunmen mistakes Raul for Brian or Dexter and shoots him instead. Brian then swiftly shoots the gunman from a distance.

Dexter struggles but escapes whilst Brian runs towards where he thought Dexter was still laying on the ground, wounded. However, he does not see Dexter and the next moment the bomb explodes. Brian is knocked unconscious by the explosion. Dexter tries to retrieve Brian from the yacht but due to the immense fire caused by the explosion, Dexter can't get on the yacht. Disappointed, he steers his boat away from the yacht, assuming his brother Brian is dead. He leaves the scene with his boat. Brian gets up a little later and thinks Dexter was killed in the explosion. Surrounded by fire, he manages to jump in the water and swim back to shore. He too, disappointed, leaves the scene thinking his brother is dead.

This also means the end for the gang. All it's drug operations are ended due to the last documents also being found on the yacht by police the next morning. Police quickly intercept the last criminal bases.

Competition

Brian Moser is devastated by Dexter having potentially died. He has hope to find Dexter though as he never could confirm his death. Brian decides to go after a lot of people and murder them again, going back to his old ways. Another killer has been reaching the news for a while now, being the Tar Pit Reaper. He is known to stalk people during the night and murder them with hot tar. Some graveyards filled with dead bodies covered in tar have also been found. Brian Moser finds another goal for his life, outcompeting the Tar Pit Reaper. Brian however toys around with the police, creating scenes that mock the police's incompetence. The Tar Pit Reaper on the other hand kills people seriously, murdering numerous people every night without much effort to hide his victims or make a scene of it. Eventually the Tar Pit Reaper mysteriously disappeared. The Police reported he either committed suicide or fled the country. Brian Moser was devastated again as his goal to outcompete the Tar Pit Reaper has never been achieved.

Reunion

Eventually, Brian Moser finds out Dexter might still be alive, living under the alias James Lindsay or Jim Lindsay. He visits Dexter but he isn't home. Brian looks around the house realising that his little brother Dexter is actually still alive. Once Dexter comes home late at night, he finds Brian asleep on his couch. He wakes him up and nearly kills him until he realises it's his brother Brian. They share their experiences after they lost each other. Dexter reveals he faked his death and left the area because he felt that his actions hurt the people he loved and he wanted to protect them from himself. He moved to a small remote town in New York, where he continues his vigilante killings. Brian reveals that he had competition with a certain Tar Pit Reaper. Dexter recognises the name and quickly asks more about the killer. Brian says the Tar Pit Reaper randomly disappeared one night. Dexter admits he tried to kill the Tar Pit Reaper but instead the Tar Pit Reaper knocked him out. When he woke up he found a little note saying "Your brother Brian is still alive". However, Dexter didn't know where to find his brother Brian. Following the same week where Dexter tried killing the Tar Pit Reaper, the news reported the Tar Pit Reaper might have disappeared. Dexter and Brian come to the conclusion the Tar Pit Reaper is most likely still alive. Oddly, the next day the Tar Pit killings have recommenced after years of silence.

Present

Brian Moser continues killing many people, manipulating everyone and toying around with the police and detectives. He occasionally helps and is helped by his brother, Dexter. Both also try to find the Tar Pit Reaper but he leaves no clues behind. Eventually the brothers give up trying to find the Tar Pit Reaper and embrace him as another mass Serial Killer. Brian Moser and the Tar Pit Reaper notably toy around with each other a lot with murders.

Personality

After Brian Moser's early years were spent losing everything he's ever loved he became extremely possessive. If Brian ever feels as if something was wrongfully taken from him he'll stop at nothing to get it back. He is also to be thought of as extremely intelligent. This has granted him the ability to create elaborate schemes to get exactly what he wants without leaving any tracks behind. He also tends to leave tracks behind on purpose, to toy around with the police or Dexter Morgan, his biological brother. He severely dislikes making mistakes, such as leaving unintended tracks behind on scenes, though this does not happen often plus the fact he is able to correct them easily.

Appearance

Brian's physique is strong and well built. He has the strength to knock his victims unconscious before restraining them and eventually murdering them. Brian Moser has curly black hair. He wears a lot of different clothing, but his signature outfit is a white tank top with a bright red button-up, paired with dark pants.

Brian Moser is from a series called 'DEXTER'. The lore about him in this wiki is partially information used from the series but incorporated into 'Man In The High Brick' where he lives his life in a much different style as he is surrounded by cartels, Germania drama, and many other things than what the series 'DEXTER' may have been.
