Nemesio Oseguera is the highest ranking don of the Jalisco Cartel as well as a former don of the Milenio Cartel. The Milenio Cartel was an allied cartel to the Sinaloa Cartel, practically linking him to the Sinaloa Cartel as well.

History

Nemesio Oseguera was born into poverty in Mexico. He grew avocados and illegally immigrated to the Germanic zone of America. However, he was arrested numerous times which caused his deportation back to Mexico. Eventually he started working for the Milenio Cartel and climbing his way up the ranks. Nemesio Oseguera was tasked with overseeing the drug operations in several areas. He employed an aggressive military doctrine. Doing so, he diminished smaller gangs in the area.
