Wilhelm II is a high ranking Germanic officer. He has close ties with Ernst Hösser. Furthermore, Wilhelm II is the former emperor of the German Empire.

History

Wilhelm II was the emperor of the German Empire in World War I and fought against numerous other countries. After a few years, Germany had surrendered, and Wilhelm II had given up his power and was exiled to the Netherlands since. As Germania under Adolf Hitler invaded the Netherlands and other countries, Wilhelm II now lived in Germanian territory again. Adolf Hitler allowed him to continue living with a high pension every week to live in luxury, in return Wilhelm II had to acknowledge Adolf Hitler's leadership, acknowledge the Schutzstaffel as national police and stay out of office. He agreed to all of this, though eventually Wilhelm II was allowed in office, but not to take control of Germania unless Adolf Hitler wanted that. After this, Wilhelm II did not do much besides make friends with other high ranking officials, typically high ranking officials around his age.

Personality

Wilhelm II appears to be rather calm and nice. However, due to his old age, he often needs to go to the hospital for check-ups, which annoys him. He seems to like luxury and talking with his close friends, such as Ernst Hösser. He also sometimes meets up with Hermann Göring and Erwin Rommel. Due to his age, he seems to stutter every now and then whilst also forgetting various things.

Wilhelm II is one of the oldest people in Germania, being 104 years of age. He has white hair, and a moustache. He walks slowly. His health is declining. His posture is substandard. He can stand still but doesn't do this much. His outfit includes white gloves whilst wearing a black suit. He also has broad shoulders.
