Anubis is an [[Egyptain]] city in a desert biome.
Anubis is an [[Egyptain]] city in a desert biome. Its name likely originates from the Egyptain god, Anubis.
 
It was created in the [[Second Phase]], close to other early cities. It was one of the largest cities after [[Tikal]] at the time. It had a large population, likely the largest after Tikal aswell. Anubis did not play a large role, but the [[First Battle of Anubis]] did take place in Anubis. It was a battle between the [[Aztecs]] and [[Egyptains]], which led to intense damages and high casualties. However, the Egyptains won the battle and the Aztecs would not attack the Egyptains again for the time being.
 
Later a high number of inhabitants of Anubis were sent to the front in the [[First Battle of Tikal]], in which 1000 people were mobilised, of which about 820 died.

It was created in the Second Phase, close to other early cities. It was one of the largest cities after Tikal at the time. It had a large population, likely the largest after Tikal aswell. Anubis did not play a large role, but the First Battle of Anubis did take place in Anubis. It was a battle between the Aztecs and Egyptains, which led to intense damages and high casualties. However, the Egyptains won the battle and the Aztecs would not attack the Egyptains again for the time being.
