The Gran Jaguar is a large [[Mayan]] temple also known as [[Templo I]]. It is located in [[Tikal]], in the [[Third Phase]].

It is believed that the Gran Jaguar is has abilities similar to the [[Mayan phase temple]], which ended the [[Second Phase]]. However, there is little evidence to support this claim. 

The Gran Jaguar is the tallest [[Mesoamerican]] temple in the world. It is also situated in the largest [[Sacred Precinct]] in the world, being slightly larger than the sacred precinct of [[Tenochtitlan]]. It is also situated in [[Tikal]], largest city in the world.
