Toetanaran is the leader of [[Toenataran]]. In the first phase Toenataran was one of the largest empires, fighting the other large empire, [[Boenoetica]]. However Boenoetica was more advanced and so Toenataran couldn't win. However, Boenoetica couldn't win either. Toetanaran was the leader of Toenataran since the very beginning. Some speculate either his names comes from the empire, or the empires name comes from him. He is the most important figure of Toenataran and still lives to this day governing small Toenatarian villages in the [[third phase]].
